Weird texture but excellent pasta alternative
These are delicious! Weird texture to get used to but reallly great pasta alternative! I find draining, rinsing them and then drying with paper towels and to squeeze out excess moisture before cooking is the best way to cook them!

I Really Wanted to Like These
The reviews were so good. The smells and visuals were so promising. The taste was even awesome. The texture? HARD STOP. As you can see from the pics, they look like glass noodles so that's what I expected. It looked so good. It seemed so good. Too good to be true!I rinsed the noodles like people said. I tried cooking the noodles based on the package instructions, I tried just heating them up in the sauce, I tried sauteing them. The texture is so bad it makes me gag. It's a hard/chewy texture that feels like chewing the fatty parts of steak. I just can't get past it. My husband finished his and said it wasn't that bad. He also likes to eat the fat on his steak.I just couldn't do it. So gross. I even bought the pack of 6 thinking it was going to be good. Back to zucchini noodles!

Perfect noodles and rice for a keto lifestyle!
I love this product!I tried another brand of konjac and couldn't get past the fishy smell. Well this product literally has no smell at all! You just rinse with water, drain well and you're ready to make a delicious pasta or rice dish!I like to put my noodles in a frying pan with a little olive oil. Stir fry until the noodles are hot - they don't fall apart or clump together like other products! Then I add some pre-cooked protein, usually ground beef. I stir fry for a few minutes. Then I add sliced up zucchini that I cook for a minute in the microwave so they are hot, but not mushy. Again, stir it all up. Then I add low carb spaghetti sauce. Keep cooking. Then dump into a large bowl and top with parmesan cheeses. Total calorie count? 150! You will be full for hours. I counted 2 net carbs when subtracting fiber. I've also cooked the noodle with chicken and melted cheddar. Or salmon with some sugar free syrup drizzled over top. The options are endless. the rice makes a nice, filling soup. Just add some protein, low carb veggies, and low sodium bullion and let it cook for a while. Or use it to make a healthy stir fry. It's nice with shrimp!Word of caution - drink a lot of fluid when eating konjac due to its water soluble fiber, glucomannan. I wouldn't recommend eating this every day, as it can cause gas and/or mild constipation. Just put it in the rotation once or twice week for something new.

great a little weird to chew though
it’s a gear substitution for rice and it’s very low in cal which makes dieting a lot easier, especially because it fills you up

Easy & Healthy
The pasta came very quick. It was very easy to prep and was very delicious - I definitely recommend buying this if you’re looking for a healthier pasta alternative. My only thing would be that it has an interesting texture that might take some time to get used to.

Not good
This has got to be the worst product on the market. It not only not taste good it has a terrible texture in your mouth. I don't know how this is allowed to be put on the market and is not refundable....So I am stuck with this product. I am probably going to put it in the trash....I spent 24.00 on trash. I should be compensated some how or another. I want pasta with no gluten or wheat and this fits fine ....BUT... the taste is awful .

It was delicious
The pasta is pretty good and doesn't have a funky after taste or smell. The chewiness doesn't feel weird. It is versatile and really easy to prepare. Perfect for a quick meal.

Looks like tape worms
OK if you use a thick sauce on it so you can't see it. A little on the rubbery side.
