Extremely good quality, the strap is stretchy and comfortable. Gets very hot on the high setting. It helps so much with cramping and lower back pain, and the battery will last all day. You can barely notice it under a looser fitting shirt

This is the best heating device ever! Great for menstrual cramps, and lower back pain, but could be used for a multitude of other things. It charges quickly and the vibrations and heat don't get overly hot, but are definitely comfortable. I ended up buying a second one for my boyfriend's daughter to use and she loves it as well. I wish there was a similar thing for cooling that I could use on my shoulder easily.

This was a fantastic product for my wife and her time of the month but also when she gets home from work. She is an RN and constantly having to strain her back as I'm sure most nurses do, not just physically but mentally as well lol.Pros: She said the heat is pretty intense, so work your way up to max if you need but is quick and to the point on the areas she needs it.She can use this at work when she's charting to help as well or lay on the couch if she wants/needs to be a couch tater.The vibration is quiet and strong for the back depending on the level which really help the low back muscles.I definitely would recommend this to anyone that uses heating bags of beans or rice in a sock.The cons: The battery life and the lights... at full charge and medium heat only, the device may last about 30 min or so but you could probably get away with having a little portable battery backup (those are cheap) but still could be better in that area.The led lights are a bit annoying but cool at the same time, I really wish that there was a way you could turn them off. Not only to save battery but also, it can be annoying at times if you in a dark room reading or watching a movie together.Other than that, buy this guy's! Your wife will thank you!

Had this a few days and here are my takes on it, keep in mind that I have endometriosis so I have pretty much the most severe cramps you can have.Pros: I like the shape of it. It’s pretty comfortable to wear, the strap is nice, and the velvet on the back makes it soft. It’s lightweight and I like the color but do not like the flashing lights, makes me feel like iron man lol. It’s nice to be able to walk around with it on. The heat is very effective I will say.Cons; battery life is terrible, I don’t know if I got a faulty one but I charged it all night and used it for 30 minutes and it was already dead. I thought that the device came with four different settings as in like the massage vibration would be low to high but it’s really just different intervals like different patterns of vibrations. The vibration wasn’t quite enough for me. If I had thick handed shorts on, I could barely feel it. As I mentioned I have severe cramps and I didn’t really notice a huge difference between a regular heating pad and adding the vibrations but I’m gonna use the product a little bit more and see about that.

I received this product approximately six weeks ago and it is still working perfectly. Heating is great, vibration is good. I use this product for pain in my lower back and also for shoulder pain. It helps a lot. With the strap (which is plenty long enough, and then some, and it can be tightened to fit you). I use it for my lower back like a fanny pack. It’s terrific that you can walk around with it, even use it under your coat to go out shopping or whatever. This is absolutely the best item I have purchased in a long time. I don’t know about Customer Service because it’s so great that I didn’t have to contact them. I hope it helps you as much as it did me. I am going to order another one, just in case😃!

I love this! I always wanted one and now I have it, this is a blessing, this heat level is perfect, I love I can stretch the cord out and it covers my mid section perfect size!!! Great battery life I can use it during my 10 hour shift and it’s easy to store it in my bag. I will be buying these for gifts!!
