I ve been using this supplement for a while now, and I'm thrilled with the results. It has made a noticeable difference in my skin, hair, and nails. My skin looks healthier and smoother, my hair is stronger and shinier, and my nails have become much stronger. I've been taking collagen for a while now (being a lady of a certain age) and I can say it really does help with skin appearance. As to the efficacy of these particular ones, time will only tell, but I like the ethos of the company, that all ingredients are natural, and the addition of biotin (which I also take separately). I don't think the price is at all bad for a 2-month supply. These contain a mixture of both marine and bovine collagen (noteworthy for vegetarians) and it will be interesting to see if there is any discernible difference, given I have previously only taken either one or the other. Two capsules per day isn't my favourite aspect of the product simply because I'm not overly keen on swallowing capsules, I really have to time it right! That said, they're not difficult to swallow particularly and a capsule is infinitely more desirable to me than a powder taken in water. (Good tip for anyone else who doesn't like swallowing capsules by the way – this type (as opposed to tablets like paracetamol) are easier to swallow if you tip your head FORWARDS rather than backwards, because they then float in the water towards the back of your throat!) Another plus is there is no unpleasant smell, and no repeating on your with any unpleasant flavour. So far, so good! From what I can tell this seems to be a good quality product from a UK (yay) company.

I'm always a little nervous trying new skin supplements but after doing some good research into the ingredients I decided to give these a go. My skin looks and feels great and hasn't flared up during hormone fluctuations as it often has in the past. Definitely recommend!

I’m really unsure about this as it’s 1000mg of collagen a day but apparently you need at least double that per day. I thought of taking a double dose but the biotin content is 100mcg and apparently we’re only supposed to have 30mcg a day! It’s a mine field out there.
