I recently tried some food coloring for a baking project, and I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised! The colors were vibrant and easy to mix, which made decorating my cupcakes a lot of fun.I started with a few drops, and even that created a bold hue, so a little definitely goes a long way. I mixed some of the colors together to create custom shades, and it worked out perfectly. It was nice to see how versatile it could be, using it for frosting, cake batter, and even some whipped cream.The only downside was that it did stain my hands a bit, so I recommend wearing gloves if you don’t want colorful fingers for the rest of the day! Overall, I’m happy with the quality and how easy it was to use. I think it’s a great choice for anyone looking to add a pop of color to their baking or cooking!

Good strong colour

I use one drop of this to make my buttercream whiter. It works well and can also create strong colours.

Raspberry colour contains E120 (carmine) but the product specification does not state this and instead states it’s suitable for vegans which is misleading

Creates a nice pale colour removing the yellow buttercream colour. Didn’t need to use much. Also made my buttercream a nicer texture
