After trying out 11 other bluetooth headsets and earbuds and going through the reviews of hundreds of other headsets in Amazon, I finally found the best one that I could find. Granted, this headset doesn't have all the features I was looking for, but it comes closest. The features that I look for in a headset are the following in the order of importance. Although this headset lacks two of the nine features I would like to have, it still has more features than other headsets, and it is the best one that I could find in Amazon. All in all, I highly recommend this headset. 1. Microphone Quality -- The caller at the other end must be able to hear me loudly and clearly without my voice sounding muffled. This headset has excellent mic quality and is able to pick up my voice very well as I personally tested it by having my wife use it to call me. 2. Sound Quality -- The speaker should have well balance sound, capable of producing clear highs and mids as well as deep bass. This headset has excellent sound quality with well balanced sounds and deep bass for both phone conversations and music. 3. Noise Cancellation -- The headset must have a good noise cancellation capability. This headset has good noise cancellation. I tested by turning on the fan next to me, and the caller at the other end could not hear the fan noises. 4. Ear Tip -- The Ear Tip must be in-the-ear style to block out the external noises while making the calls or listening to music. The ear tip on this headset is angled and could be rotated to inserted into the ear. This is a very nice and thoughtfgul design which is very hard to find in other headsets. It would have fitted even better if the ear tip could be rotated and made to face forward slightly more. I bought and paired it with a memory foam ear tip and it fits and works even better in blocking out the external noises. 5. Ear Hook -- The Ear Hook must not be bulky behind the ear to cause difficulty putting it on or discomfort when worn for a long time. This headset's earhook is thin and not bulky, which makes it relatively easy to put on and comfortable to wear all day long. 6. Volume Up/Down Buttons -- The headset must have a separate volume Up/Down buttons to adjust the volume and go to the Previous/Next Track . This headset has separate volume Up/Down buttons, and works very well. 7. Connect to 2 Devices at the Same Time -- The headset should be able to connect to two devices at the same time. Although this headset claims to be able to connect to two devices at the same time, it can only connect to one device at a time. Even though I connect to a second device separately, it only connects to the last device connected when headset power is turned on. Trying to manually connect to the second device also does not work. I followed the instructions step by step in the manual several times and even did a factory reset on the headset, but it still did not connect to two devices simultaneously. 8. Physical Sliding On/Off Switch -- The headset should have a phycial sliding On/Off switch to easily turn the headset On and Off, and know the On/Off state simply by looking at the switch position instead of having to go into the phone's bluetooth setting. This headset lacks this feature, and I wish the next version would have a separate sliding On/Off switch. One other thing to note is that the Multi-Function Button (MFB) needs to be depressed for about 3 seconds to turn on the headset and 7 seconds to turn it off, which I think is too long. Hopefully, this can be reduced to 4 seconds to turn off the headset in the next version. 9. Long Battery Life -- The headset must have at least 8 hours of battery life. This headset has 8 to 10 hours of battery life which meets my needs.

I recently purchased this Bluetooth Headset, and I have to say, I’m impressed with the sleek design and lightweight feel. Having had several Bluetooth headsets over the years, I must admit this one makes it to the top. I travel a lot and often use the Bluetooth headset on a plane which can be noisy. So, wanted to try it out on a plane before forming an opinion. Sound Quality: The audio is crystal clear, whether I’m making calls or listening to music. Any changes done to the sound source are reflected clearly and without fail. The sound is crisp and balanced. Comfort: The headset is extremely comfortable to wear for extended periods. The ear cups are angled perfectly while ensuring a snug and comfortable fit. I’ve worn it for hours continuously with no discomfort—something I can’t say about many other headsets. Battery Life: I was pleasantly surprised by the long battery life. While time will tell about its longevity, I’ve used it for multiple work sessions without needing to recharge. Connectivity: Pairing the headset with my phone and laptop was seamless, and the Bluetooth range is solid. I can walk around my home without worrying about the connection dropping, which is a huge plus when I need to take calls or listen to podcasts while doing other work. Noise Cancellation: The active noise-canceling feature is another standout. Whether I’m on a busy train or in a crowded plane, the headset blocks out background noise remarkably well, making calls and listening to music even more enjoyable. Mic Quality: The built-in microphone does an excellent job of picking up my voice clearly while filtering out ambient noise. All the folks that I asked how I sounded told me that I was very clear to them. Carrying Case: This Bluetooth headset comes with a carrying case and USB charger. Overall, this Bluetooth Headset is an excellent choice in my opinion for anyone looking for a high-quality, comfortable, and reliable headset. What I like: - Affordable - Easy to pair - Multiple earbud options - Great sound quality most of the time - Noise cancellation - Fits well next to my glasses - Cute little storage case - It doesn't get tangled in my hair What I dislike: - It hurts my ears - Sometimes has a delay Now let me explain my experience: I simply wanted to get rid of my corded headset, so I bought these based on the reviews. I usually wear these for about 5 minutes at a time a few times a day unless I have a meeting, which is about once a week. Even after 5 minutes of wear, these hurt my ears. Maybe I'm just not used to wearing an earpiece like this or I just have tiny ears. It's not terrible. It's just not comfortable either. I primarily use this to record screen-share videos for work. The tool I use to record videos has a 3-2-1 countdown and then I'm on. Well, if I'm silent during the countdown or turn on my recorder too soon before turning on my headset, there is a delay in my recording. Usually, my "Hello, [name]. This is Samantha from [company] and I wanted to go over..." gets cut off. However, there is an easy fix: I simply turn on my headset before turning on my recorder and I talk nonsense into my headset until just before the countdown ends. That way, the headset knows to pick up my voice when I'm recording – or at least that's what I assume. However, the headset worked perfectly during a recent work call. I could hear my boss crystal clear and he could hear me well. So, I'm very happy with this headset. It's just not perfect, but, I'll admit, I'm not willing to pay big bucks for the perfect headset.

I purchased this headset for a couple different purposes. 1. I needed a comfortable headset to wear while driving or working around the house. 2. I did not want to spend a lot of money on a headset and this one had a good price and good reviews. What I found after receiving and using the headset: The sound is clear and loud enough that I actually need to turn the volume down when using it. In other words, I can hear better with that than I can with my phone. That is a nice surprise. People tell me that I am clear also. The headset is light and comfortable. I have small ears which can make wearing something uncomfortable. I have to have it on a good long time before my ears get tired. There are 3 sizes of gel pads to help with this. There are deadspots in my home where I don't receive signal. Without a headset that limits my moving around while on the phone. With this headset I can place my phone in a good spot and walk around doing my chores while talking. The battery has not gone dead on me yet. I can wear it all day and still have battery life left. I simply connect it to the charger when I am done for the day if I have worn it much. If not, then I just put it up and I still have plenty of battery for the next use. The only problem I have had with it is in thinking that I had it turned off when I didn't. It pairs easily with my phone and I suspect that it has paired without my knowledge. I must remember to turn the bluetooth off my phone the next time I turn it off to be sure. It connects with Google assistant and with Siri. Google assistant is limited and I don't have an Iphone. I can make a call with Google assistant but must answer by pressing the button. That is easy enough but inconvenient if my hands were messy and wanted to be completely hands free. I wanted to wait before writing this review to be sure I did not change my mind. I think that I now have a good grasp of what it would and would not do. Yes, I would definitely recommend this one.

My main interest in this ear bud over my other one is the noise cancel technology coupled with battery life. The friends and family I have talked with say they hear me loud and clear. And I hear them loud and clear as well. Actually, sometimes it's a bit too loud so I need to turn the volume down. This is a good thing because you have 'head' room when in nosier situations. The ear bud comes with many different ear pieces. I am using the one that has it lay over the ear cannel not in the cannel. That way it is very comfortable for many hours of continuous use. The ear loop keeps it securely in place. A quick story, my folks (89 years old) only use cordless speaker phones in their house. Every time I would call them from my Jeep, their speaker phone would pick up on my Jeep noise and block their words to me. This even happened with the Jeeps built in handsfree UConnect system. I bought this ear bud hoping it would solve that problem and I am very happy to share that it did solve it and it solved it completely. Now when I talk with my parents when driving the Jeep I can hear all of their words without any issues at all. See, prior to this ear bud, the noise in the Jeep would trick my folks speaker phone into thinking I was talking and it would mute them to allow my side to be heard by them (yes, their speaker phone is slightly dated technology but they know how to use it and don't want to change it out -- already tried that). So yes, I felt my title for this review clearly supported my findings in actual use. As far as the battery is concerned, I have never run out between charges. I have used it for many hours at a time without having it shut down on me. Feature wise, it works as expected. The button that allows quick access to the google assistant is great. It allows me to dial calls without needing to get my phone out of my pocket. Sometimes when I receive a call, I'll put on the ear bud and turn it on and within a second (maybe two) I'm connected to the phone. So you don't need to wear it when your not expecting calls. When you get that unexpected call, answer the call, then pout on the earbud. For the price (and even at a higher price) you won't be disappointed with this ear bud. So far, I'm a very happy customer. After a week, I have decided to change my rating from a 3 to a 5, primarily because of the comfort factor and the headphone's stability on my ear. I have used a VXI for a number of years and although the rubber atttachment over the ear is thinner, the VXI headset continues to fall off since the rubber that inserts into the body of the headset repeated falls out. The ICOMTOFIT headset is attached solidly and never falls off my ear. Although the rubber attachment is thicker, it is very comfortable. The initial discomfort was simply having the wrong ear bud in. Others I'm talking to love the clarity, particularly in the COVID-19 era where zoom and the internet is in and out. I love to list to slow jazzi in the background all day while I write. Clear sound keeps my mind and emotions simultaneously clear as well. I have only had the headpiece for 2 days so I say much about the battery. I typically plug it in whenever I've out and about; so, I also don't have much of a chance to drain it and then recharge. I like that its has a smaller footprint that my previous 2 VXI ear-fitting headsets; however, if I had any suggestions I would have them cut down the thickness of the rubber that fits over your ear. I wear glasses and my previous VXI had a much thinner rubber piece; however it was always falling out and my headset would bounce over the floor. I also like the way ICOMTOFIT's rubber piece is securely inserted to the rest of the headsets so it can't fall out. The noise cancellation for people I'm talking to (with TV or music in the background) is not as good as I had hoped for, but nothing is perfect. I would recommend it, but would agree with other reviewers that the thick rubber over your ear is more uncomfortable than the company's name would imply.

I always thought that I wouldn't have the need to use a Bluetooth headset in my life, but the times of change has made me give a second thought. My daily work involves visiting different sites, preparing drawings, and participating in meetings. Overtime, as I began to drive more often and multitask at work, it became difficult for me to make phone calls and join meeting calls without having to constantly reach for my phone. Numerous times I've missed work/meeting calls and ignored my team's text messages while driving on the go. It was time for me to invest in a Bluetooth headset, so I purchased the ICOMTOFIT. I was quite worried that I would have a hard time following the instructions provided, but turned out to be a breeze. It connected very easily with my Iphone and I started using the Bluethooth headset with ease in a few minutes It has a nice sleek design to it and it is very light and comfortable to wear. Gave it a test run with my dad calling me. I had no problem using the control buttons and the sound was clear to hear. My dad was surprised himself that he could hear me clearly on his phone. I was planning to just keep the ICOMTOFIT Bluetooth headset in my car and use it only when I was driving, but it's been in my ear all day at home while telecommuting. During one of my conference call meetings, my supervisor noticed that my voice was much clearer to hear when I was using my Bluetooth headset. I love using it as I'm multitasking. The battery life has been quite good to me so far. I'm really glad that I didn't need to spend hundred dollars for a Bluetooth headset. For the price given, the ICOMTOFIT Bluetooth headset is definitely worth buying!

I've been using another brand of earpieces for years, but they no longer make the series I like. I could barely handle two days of this headset. Why?... 1. Within a few minutes of every single call, the person on the other end was suddenly unable to hear me. I could get it to work again by disconnecting it from my phone and then reconnecting it. This device is responsible for two people hanging up on me because they thought I wasn't on the other end. Two important phone calls. So that is one thorn on my side. 2. The initial distortion of every single ding and ring and other notification sound that was received through my phone. And sometimes those distortions hurt my eardrum. 3. The over the ear thing I don't like in general, so that I can't reasonably gripe about because I was aware of what it was... but the over the ear part, it can be rotated so it could be worn on either ear. The problem is even when I could almost make it comfortable, the movable parts don't have enough resistance to keep it in position, so no matter what I was doing, it would always succumb to gravity and find itself a new position that I couldn't handle. 4. It is bigger than I thought it would be, especially the microphone part of it. It just needs to be shorter. And the over ear part, if it could be bendable so it's not so loose on my ear. And a lower profile so that my glasses aren't forced to be tilted on my face. 5. The volume buttons didn't work for me correctly, I could only adjust call volume effectively by adjusting it from my phone, so the first couple times I utilized it, before I could actually lower the call volume, my eardrum got blasted and gave me an ear ache. So, I'm back to using my old brand, the last one, it's been stepped on and cracked, fell in the toilet and had to be taken apart to dry out so it would stop sounding messed up (during which time I ordered this earpiece), and then sterilized, repeatedly. And I am happier continuing to use my old one, because my old one doesn't have any of the issues that I experienced with this one. I wanted to like this one. I really did. Hopefully it was just a lemon and other customers don't have these issues. This is the first I'm mentioning of these problems, I do need to reach out and give the seller a chance to make it right, assuming it was just a lemon. Didn't check to see if I'm still in my return window. It might just end up in my janky electronics box in the garage.

I bought this ICOMTOFIT monoaural earphone in June 2023. I must say that it works reliably well. it has a good usability aspects which makes it easy to use as i am on the move. I have dropped it several times on the floor but still it works. the only problem i am seeing is the latency delay can be slightly lesser while on calls. I think the latency is in the order of 500ms whereas I prefer less than 200ms.
