Usable as a replacement for EFB0412VHD but requires pin swapping.
**SEE UPDATE BELOW for resolution to the issues on the following original post:I bought four of these fans to replace 4 out of 5 noisy fans on my switch. The original fans with the switch were model EFB0412VHD, DC12v 0.18A brushless.None of the four fans worked after swapping them out. The amperage for these new fans IS different (0.35a) but not so drastic that they shouldn't have at least started up some. The old fans are three pin wired black, blue, red and these fans are wired yellow red black so it is possible that it is a polarity issue and that they may work if I swap the pin inserts around. In all honesty that is too much work. They are not even worth the hassle of me returning to Amazon, tbh. I may play around with them and see about getting them to work but if you, like me, type in a replacement fan for model EFB0412VHD and have these pop up as your first viable option know that they are not interchangeable.**UPDATE I took the time to swap the pin inserts from yellow, red, black to black, yellow, red and this resolved the issues. Simply take a small precision flathead screwdriver to release the pins and swap. Takes about 30 seconds per fan. I am not sure if the pins were installed incorrectly or if my network switch has a different layout requirement for 3 pin fans but, regardless, getting these to work takes minimal effort if one has the know-how.

Not too noisy and pushes air
Used for freezer circulation on the sailboat. Low draw on the boat batteries, and moves a lot of air.

No problems. I had to change a couple of wires around. Works great.

Wire too short
Was what i needed...Good price. Had to modify wires. Were 1/2" too short for most applications as a "system" fan.

great fan for great price
great fan for great price, i needed more air flow than anything else, possibly louder than what some people may want but you can't get this amount of air flow with a quiet fan unless you pay a lot more, i use this for exhausting my two 3d printer enclosures.
