Best value we found on any website
Five showed up. They were safety sealed. Sterile and ready to use. This medical equipment is ready when you are. It was the best value for the money as I shopped around from different stores and Amazon had it the cheapest by far. The quality is equal to anything else you will find and the design is Slim Fit so it can fit in any pack.

Decompression needles that work
These are the same needles sold by North American Rescue for $10.00 each or more. The only difference that I can find is the the little case. I actually like these better.
