Purchased it a few months ago. It worked for some time before malfunctioning. I wrote to the service company appointed by the AGARO for either repair or replacement. They replaced a new one and the process of it was breeze. I did not expect a replacement as many companies not following that ethic has become the norm. I am happy with the replacement. It is working fine. Thanks Agaro and the designated company to do the needful.

Pethatic product. Product is not working. I have asking for replacement or refund absolutely no assistance. My money is wasted. No assistance or support regarding the same . I want a working product not a defective one .
