(Woody) Body Powder Cedarwood & Tea Tree (5 oz, 1-Pack) Unisex, Talc-Free, Anti-Chaffing, Sweat Defense with Essential Oils

Everyone is trying to switch to non talc body powder and still have an intriguing body Aroma. Fromondy is amazing. It has a depth of cedar smell that one usually gets from a really good perfume. It lasts all day and is cost effective. It's not cheap but it is absolutely reasonable for the quality of product that it is. Kudos to them, body powders used to sacrifice depth of aroma for dryness. This one does not compromise anything.

Just arrived today so I have not actually used the product yet. What I do want to comment on is the scent. I love the musks and wood smells and they tend to complement my natural scent and I am a woman purchasing this product. They are not making many musk smelling products for women anymore in my opinion; Anyways this has a more pine smell to me... different. I think ultimately it will take a bit for me to get use to but I think I will eventually like the scent, especially if I can find a perfume to complement it. What was a HUGE buying point for me was the fact that it was talc free. My mother passed away from ovarian cancer 3 years ago and she was a heavy user of powder like me being in Texas where it's 100 degrees or more about 8 months out of each year. You need something to keep you feeling cool, fresh and dry. That is where the test will lie in this product for me. They also donate a percentage of their proceeds to help fight testicular cancer. That's a winner for me. So I'm updating my review since actually using the product. The scent is not really working for me. It smells good when applied but if you sweat, the mixture of the two is an awful smell. It also is not keeping me dry as I hoped and it's in the low 90 degree range right now. Ultimately I would not buy this again, but I'm still glad that I gave it a try. Hope this helps someone make a informed purchased. Happy Shopping!

Let me start by saying I am female and I like things with earthy woodsy scents sometimes. The scent of this is unisex, a man or woman can use it, but it is more on the earthy patchouli sandalwood spice side, not flowery or fruity. Of course scents are a personal preference thing and not everyone likes the same ones. I like this powder fine and appreciate it is talc free, but I do not like it enough to justify the high price and will not purchase it again. Some people have said it is messy.......which is kind of odd as there is a mess factor to all body powders as not all of them will end up on you. It is no messier than any other brand or body powder! I am not so on board with the manufacturer calling the admittedly genetically modified cornstarch they use "natural"- GMOs are NOT natural.

I buy this on subscription, I like it so much. I use powder after each shower and sometimes in between. This is a delicate woodsy scent I love, with a smooth texture(not silky, but smooth enough). I like that it's talc-free. The price is better than so many others.

Bought this to try out a new scent and my wife told me she liked woody smells. Well, this is more than I bargained for. Do you have memories of old cedar closets and your grandmother's house? Because those memories will come crashing back to you as you powder your, ah, sensitive areas. If you are aroused by the thought of spider free clothing (and, incidentally, spider free underwear) feel free to purchase. I'm returning the product, but their other smells are great and the product worked well. Every lumberjill in a 200 mile radius was immediately attracted to me, great for a laugh though. 3/5 stars

The powder arrived ahead of schedule, which always makes me happy:) The smell is a warm forest type mix. No one scent overpowering the whole thing. I can be very scent sensitive so a good balance is really important. At this price point, if they had barely put any fragrance in, I would have been disappointed. So, they hit that perfect middle area that should work for everyone. It is what I would consider a manly scent. Not too heavy like aftershave, just enough to be masculine when in close proximity. Kind of yummy if you like the man in your life to have an outdoorsy fragrance instead of some stronger (and migraine inducing) overused designer type smell. I bought this on a whim for my husband when I noticed it while shopping for myself. Glad I did. It is a small container so I can't even guess how long it will last if used daily but while it is expensive compared to my after shower product that I sprinkle on, it is still so affordable that I don't care. So I have to reorder more often. Even on a budget, it's worth the price when I snuggle in (we've been together over 20 years, snuggling is important for relationship longevity;) I'll reorder when he runs out. Because I am scent sensitive, he's leary of any aftershave. A nice clean right out of the shower smell is nice. Add a little of 1 of the best parts of being outside thrown in, and it's a winner. Gold Bond Powder works great on those hot days, but I'm a little concerned abt dusting my boys with talc, given recent research and possible cancer links, and cross-contamination with lead and asbestos. But some alternative body powders feel grainy or have too feminine of a scent (on the last place you want to smell like a woman...). So I bought the travel size to try this promising product out. I am very particular about the smell of things, and the scent of Cedarwood is one of my favorite smells. So, I was both hopeful amd skeptical that I'd finally found the power to kick GB off of my bathroom counter. I opened the bottle, and it smelled exactly like I hoped it would, like freshly sawn cedarwood! "Woody" lives up to its name, wouldn't you know?! And the texture is great, too. A *little* granier than GB but really smooth and just right. Lasts well throughout the day and the ingredients list is so pure you could eat it. Two thumbs up! I want to try their other scents now. Who knew nut powder could be so much fun?? Lol.

The scent is really nice and my husband loves both that and the feel of the powder. It is hard to find men's powder these days that is not either "medicinal" smelling or overly perfumed. This is a very nice, natural scent that is noticeable but not overwhelming. I also want to say that the email sent by the company after we placed our order was one of the nicest I've seen in years. Yes - I know it is an auto-generated email that everyone receives - but that does not negate at all the care and attention that went into the message. Their insistence that they want to be helpful if there are any issues was so reassuring. It is difficult to purchase a body product online with confidence unless you have used it before. Even if a scent is wonderful to some, it may not be something you particularly like yourself. Having that upfront reassurance of customer service was just a very nice touch. We will definitely purchase again in the future!
