Highlights:Great battery life, low heat, good grip (especially for those hard-to-reach places), hasn’t nicked ANY area of my skin, and the two ends work effectively. It’s helpful to keep smooth in the special bits or maintain a short trip. I’m considering getting a second one just for my beard!

Replaced my original lawnmower v1.0. Gold version looks amazing, works superbly well. Usb charger is an improvement in design. Love the versatility of interchangeable head. Low noise. Shaves everything easily on 1 charge. An investment in grooming that others will compliment & appreciate ofter.

My husband upgraded from the 3 to the 5 and he is so impressed. The 3 was great and lasted for 5 years! So we can only hope the 5 lasts as long. Low noise, the size is comfortable and of course it’s easy to use out of the box.

I really liked this new style of trimmer. Worked well, the light was extremely helpful. I bought it in Jan 2025 and only used it a few times. By July of 2025 it no longer worked, wouldn't turn on or charge. I looked through all the troubleshooting but nothing, it still didn't work. I contacted Manscaped support about the issue and explained the situation, they essentially brushed me off with the same troubleshooting advice I had already attempted. I told them that and they never responded. I sent a follow-up email to that, still no response. I will never purchase another product from Manscape. They do not value their customers!!UPDATE: Cust service reached back out after the review and sent a new trimmer under the warranty.

I don’t know why some people gave this anything less than 5 stars. Super easy to use super smooth shave no burns no pumps and for anyone wondering it’s safe to use anywhere.

It’s a great product, however the second attachment it comes out wondering if it could be replaced?

Love it. Does exactly what is says it does. It came with the razor attachment, 3 different trim attachment of different lengths, the foil attachment, carrying case, and charger. I also ordered the shaving gel, but did not care for it. The gel had the consistency of Vaseline and just seemed to thick and sticky. I recently grabbed some Sasquatch shaving butter which helped with a smoother finish and softer skin. Pay attention to the tutorial for removing and installing the attachments. I broke the tab on the foil attachment that keeps it secure. It still works but can fall off if not careful. The shaver itself is solid and easy to clean.

The media could not be loaded. I bought this 9 months ago (November 2024), and it died last month. It lasted about 8 months. It will turn on and run for a couple seconds, then turn off and give a low battery flash. I know it was cheap, less than $100, but I expected it to run for at least a year. I’ve seen really cheap $20-$40 trimmers from the local pharmacy aisle run for years. So I cannot recommend it.It has a steel razor with an oscillating plastic piece (the part that is driven by the motor). I’m not sure why they both aren’t steel, maybe it’s a cost thing. It will pinch/catch facial hair when trimming, I’ve noticed that every time I’ve used it on my face. I will admit that it doesn’t seem to catch or cut skin on non-face areas of the body, which is nice and rare (and perhaps why it has the plastic piece), but the fact that it died so fast makes it not worth it. I really did like it for that kind of grooming, but I’d rather pay a couple hundred dollars for a good electric razor or trimmer that lasts for many years.I just can’t recommend given it’s lifespan and poor facial trimming quality. I gave it two stars because it worked well enough for what I needed, and I feel one star is too low, but it was a close call. If you get a unit that doesn’t die, it’s probably a 3 or 4.
