By far the best and only solution I found for my plantar fasciitis. These inserts are comfortable. They give you the art support you need. And they literally saved my ability to walk comfortably. Would recommend 100 times over.

I walk daily, and have a fairly new pair of Columbia boots I bought from Amazon. I mustve stepped on a rock bevause my heel bothered me. I bought these and put them in this morning January 14, 2026, and wore them all day. 2 walks with my dog and a run ( I have to chase my 3-year-old granddaughter on her scooter) and no pain. But still a little soreness. If these work for a semi-active old guy, I think they will work for anyone. Thanks!!

Definitely comfortable but not that great of a change.

These work great! I have tried multiple inserts for my shoes, including custom made one that were over $300. When I tried these, I was pleasantly surprised at the quality, support, comfort, and durability. The price is right! I work long hours on my feet, have plantar fasciitis, and bunions (old lady feet!!) and these help support and cradle my heel as well as help my foot turning too much to the other side. They don't take away all my pain, only surgery will do that, but they do help make it tolerable and get me through the day. I bought several pairs for all my shoes. For anyone working on their feet all day, I highly recommend.

After trying (& purchasing) four other inserts these are THE ones I chose. Inserts are for walking shoes. The ball of my feet hurt, my knees ached after walking and my shoes did not provide any support. Decided to try these inserts and have found them to be of great support, providing ball of feet cushioning as well as heels. The first day I wore insoles I knew these were the perfect fit for me.
