My kiddos love the taste and eat these happily every night. While they are not a magic bullet for calm and sleep, we do notice a difference on the nights they don't take them, especially with my 9 year old who has a particularly hard time settling before bed.

Unfortunately, my *not picky* daughter refused to eat these because she said they tasted too yucky. Can’t comment on whether or not they work, because she refused to eat them after one bite. So we will be going back to our old brand unfortunately.

These seem to have really helped my almost four year old son calm down at night. He has less difficulty falling asleep, he is less anxious when I drop him off at daycare, and he hasn't been having as many tantrums. He also loves the flavor!

We love these gummies. My son loves the taste, and won’t go to bed without them. I love the ingredients having no melatonin, low to no sugar content, and having vegetable dye instead of artificial food coloring. I believe they are effective for him. We even give him one gummy before school (serving is 2) to help keep him calm and focused.

This has been the only thing that has helped my 9 year old fall asleep and stay asleep.I have started taking them as well and they help significantly. They taste great too. Highly recommend.
