This is the second time I ordered this and again just one shelf whilst on the top it says set of 2.I don’t know what to do. The shelf is very nice but the company is really messed up!

I love these little shelves and while the "floating" feature would have worked perfectly for my little art corner, the bones of my house didn't agree. They can easily support the weight of items I want to keep at hand and help keep my desk clear for painting and art.The boards used are really nice! Real wood, looks really nice in the room. Matches my futon perfectly. I want to get more of these now that I know how well made they are (the holes in the shelves for the mounting rods are close to 16" on center - 15.75" I think.) and I see lots of places I could use them in my home.The problem we had: the studs where we wanted to hang the shelves were not spaced to the standard 16" on center. No! We had 15" on center where I want them and 17" on center to the next stud! So, while they would have worked beautifully, and looked so pretty doing it, I had to order shelf brackets - which turned out fine and probably increases the amount of weight I can pile on them.I'm very happy with them.

I needed threes 20 inch shelves which turned out to be harder than I thought, my selections where limited. This is not the color I wanted but it's the right size and it's sturdy and easy to install. I painted it and ordered a couple more and painted them, too.

The shelf itself is very nice and is very good quality, I’m pleased with this aspect of the shelf. The mounting system consisting of two expansion pipes and two screws totally failed in the drywall. If you are hanging this shelf on a drywall wall be prepared to find a bracket system to hang this shelf, which is what I had to do. There is simply no way to screw the screw into the expansion pipe without the pipe spinning in the drywall and enlarging the hole. Because the holes in the back of the 20-inch shelf are spaced 12-inches apart, there is no way to align both holes with two studs.

I bought 4 of these shelves in various lengths and none of the colors match. They all came in various different shades. Will be returning these asap.On the bright side, the quality of the shelves seemed good.

Great looking wood shelf, absolutely useless mounting system. We had to drill holes through the wood and use our own screws and anchors. Be prepared to do something like that or use brackets. Even if walls were cement (which most are not), the mounting screws would never work.
