Very easy to set up and use. I think the subscription is reasonably priced. Seems a bit bulky in my kitty but she doesn't seem to mind as it is lightweight. I'm excited to learn of her adventures as she is mostly a outdoor cat.

If I had known there was going to be a high cost subscription plan needed then I wouldnt have purchased these trackers! I cannot even combine the two trackers I purchased into one reasonably priced subscription plan either - has to be separate subscriptions. I should have purchased a different tracker. Nevertheless, now 3 months later the subscription price has gone up along with the handling fee too! But I cannot afford to pay for two subscriptions - which was very misleading to sell these on Amazon without letting the customer know about the subscription costs and the increased prices as time goes on! Customer Service even admitted that its a bait and switch scam (see image 1)! Not mention, every time you power them on you have to reconnect/bind them all over again i.e. spent countless hours and wasted time too... Also, the tracker is really worthless when trying to locate your pet (see image 2) constantly getting a failed error message whenever you hit the sound or lught notifications on the tracker. P.S. the cat tracker size I received is actually way too big/heavy (see image 3) for a cats collar!NO I DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TJIS PRODUCT!!!

I recently purchased a GPS tracker for pets and wanted to share my thoughts on it. Overall, I found the phone application to be simple and user-friendly. It was easy to navigate and set up, which I appreciated as a non-tech-savvy individual.During my testing period of about an hour, I discovered that the tracker wasn't always at pinpoint accuracy. However, it still managed to do its job and keep track of my pet's whereabouts. I didn't experience any disconnections while using it in California, which was a relief.But here's where the downside came into play for me – the price. I found the price of this GPS tracker to be ridiculously high. One would assume that activating each tracker to one account would be a reasonable option, but unfortunately, this company requires each tracker to be separately activated. This can become quite expensive, especially for those with multiple pets like myself. It would have been much more affordable and convenient if all the trackers could be linked to one account.Despite the steep price, the GPS tracker did fulfill its basic function effectively. If you're willing to overlook the cost factor, this device could be a reliable way to keep tabs on your furry friends. However, for those on a budget or with multiple pets, it might be wise to explore more affordable options.

The battery life is about 12 to 18 hours on these trackers. I am really disappointed in that. I have one cat that likes to stay out, sometimes all night. Luckily we have been able to find her before the battery completely died. I am not real happy with the price of the tracker app either, Thank goodness I only bought 3 months. There should be a week trial period or something. I certainly would have returned it, Looks like I am going to need some more to out on the kittens we have but it will not be this brand. I wonder if the battery can be replaced and I got some older ones? I'm going to ask but at this point I am nor happy with the tracker at all.

Most of the settings it gives you the option to change it to such as detailed tracking keeps saying failed EVERYTIME I click it. I walked to the end of the block and back and the tracker still said stationary. I just don't recommend as it doesn't work as advertised.

This tracker worked for my kitty when I allowed her to be outside. Everything worked perfectly and it was easy to set up. The company provides excellent customer service. If I ever need a tracker again this is the company I will use!

This is an awesome product. I highly recommend this for anyone who has an indoor/outdoor cat, or any pet who likes to explore.

Unfortunately I am unable to rate this product since I have to return it it was way too large to be around my cat's neck.

We've only used it and handful of times, and now it will not charge up.
