My wife got me a new espresso machine for fathers day and set up a coffee bar. A couple of days later, I saw a building block set of an espresso machine and it's now on display. When I saw this coffee grinder block set, I had to have it!The set is a straight forward build and is made up of just over 700 MINI blocks (they are NOT Lego compatible). The instructions are clear and details and I didn't have any issues following them step by step.For the most part, it is an easy build with the exception of the clear block section at the top of the machine. Due to the placement of these, it was a bit tricky getting the blocks in some areas to stay in place while assembling. With some careful handling I was able to get it together, but not without it falling apart two or three times. The other issue is that some of the sections are very delicate after assembly, especially the "cup" with the handle as well as the horizontal body that it connects to. The body is held on in only 2 places. The cup has popped off a few times after being touched (and it wasn't handled roughly at all) and, while putting that back on the body came loose. As it's a display piece, I plan on gluing it in place so it's not a big issue. Just be aware of this if it will be in an area where it will be moved or bumped.All in all I like the model. It looks great and was relatively easy to build. I would rate it a 3.5 if I could based on the small issues listed but I don't want to rate it down to a 3 so gave it 4 stars. If you are looking for a great display piece for your coffee bar, this is a great choice and, at $25 (the price at the time of this review) it is a great deal as well.
