Our last kettle and toaster were an inferior make and price and the difference in quality of the Dualit appliances is remarkable. The moving parts are all sturdy and smooth, the kettle is quiet and quick and pours beautifully. The toaster toasts evenly and quickly even from defrost. Money well spent for items that we use every day multiple times.

Beautiful set very sturdy and just gorgeous although very pricey

Looks great ,but toaster I would have thought better elements could have been fitted, kettle is really noisy.i bought them as advertised as quite boil as kitchen in with lounge. So disappointed 😞

Great looking products and excellent quality

We ordered the black and got grey. Also, the rims around the bottom of the kettle was roughly finished. This all came to light when we saw another set and compared.Otherwise, the kettle isn't particularly quick boil and relatively very heavy and the toaster has stopped toasting evenly after just a month....burns on one side before the other is anywhere near done.Expected far more at this price point in terms of functionality and finish

The plastic body of the 4x slice toaster has split on both of the toasters that I bought. Customer Service at Dualit was absolutely terrible. I would not recommend, buy a cheaper brand, it won’t hurt you wallet as much when you HAVE to change.
