Does the 3rd birthdy topper say "3th"?

I’m not sure. I ordered the 21 one. But that one said “21”

is the crown very heavy? my mother does not hold her up very well

The crown is light and comfortable. We used it for a 44 year old handicapped woman. I had that concern as well but it was not a problem.

Are the candles rose gold as well?

The candles are more of a gold with a shimmer, definitely not as pink or rose gold as the cake topper. We did not use them as my daughter wanted sixteen actual candles to blow out instead of two candles using the “1” & “6” but we used everything else. I have a photo I was going to upload, but for some reason in this response field I can only upload a video. Hope this was helpful :)

Can we order two crowns? I have twins and would love this
