Cant say I'm not disappointed. It arrived in a lovely gift box but when I got it out my heart dropped a little, I thought it was going to be a chunky mug with an actual dent in it with a photo of the books inside the dent, literally I thought it was a proper 3D mug like the ones you can put cookies in. It's really nice, dont get me wrong, it was just more money than I'd have liked to pay for what is just a picture on a mug that I could have paid half the price for if I uploaded the image myself 😫😫 kind of annoyed with myself for not looking into it more I really thought this was going to be the megalodon of Mugs.

Very disappointed. It's not a 3D mug at all. It just has a picture on mug of a bookshelf. I was expecting it in to have an indent picture. Bought as a Christmas present. Hopefully my wife won't be too disappointed.

I’m was expecting this to be a proper 3D decoration and find it’s not bought as a Christmas present hopefully she will still like it. But would also suggest not to use Royal Mail outer box was corners were damaged had been handled with much care but nothing on the box to say fragile either

Very disappointed in the mug ,in the picture the 3dness is excellent, in finished product it’s nowhere near as good ….a poor it’s okay,for the price and the posting cost I would have expected better quality.

One mug was chipped.

I've given it three stars cos its useable, but really, it's nowhere near as good as the illustration!
