I also bought this to aid fertility so was initially annoyed at the label on the DVD as it sounds like it's fertility related but it's not really but having used this a few months I can now see how this can help fertility across the whole DVD even if it doesn't look obvious at first. The DVD is made up of what are 4 practices called live, daily, becoming pregnant, evening and then the three pranayamas. The daily practice works up a bit more sweat but all work on reducing stress and aiding relaxation. My personal favourite is the live practice, it actually helped with a neck and upper back problem I had but I feel so good internally when I have finished that I can't put it in words. Yes my focus was fertility but I'm so glad I bought this DVD as it really relaxes me and stress is probably one of the biggest contributors to fertility issues so I can see why Maya has put this DVD together in this format. Also when you are short on time it's good to do one of these practices whereas with the chakra series I feel I have to do the whole lot. There is the use of breath of fire in places and I have read this should be avoided after ovulation so maybe some cues around this would have been good but overall this is a great DVD not just for those trying to improve fertility. Even though I'm not trying to get pregnant I decided to buy this dvd as it said that it had sets for stress relief and energy. I love it, unlike her previous releases it contains different sets which you can pick and choose depending on your mood and time. There are 3 different locations and the running time is 85 minutes which is the longest yet but like I said you can pick and choose what suits you. This is definitely my favourite so far and the time flew by when I practised it.
