This product works really well. It dosnt stay cold for very long but im in arizona where nothing stays cold long. Its like the perfect amount of time to get the relief you need and i don't think it gets too cold either. The material is super soft and It has a kind of weighted effect to it that helps you relax your eyes, it is very soothing for any kind if headache. I use it for my tension headaches and neck aches. Great product.

I honestly didn't believe she would ever use it but I convinced her to give it a try and now she swears by these!It helped her headaches and when she gets nauseous she puts it on and rests for a bit. Very helpful product. I keep it in the fridge, then take it out and use it when I have a migraine. The only issue is that it cools down too fast and eventually will smell a bit like the fridge. It is very comfortable, and I notice that the pain from my migraines is significantly reduced after a couple minutes of wearing it, which offers a sense of peace after struggling with a migraine. The only problem is that the smell of the fridge can make it a little overwhelming to wear. Overall, it is very helpful, I just recommend keeping it in a ziploc bag so the smell doesn’t get into the fabric.
