To make a long story of an unknown ligament tear short, my fiancé has been battling pain in his inner knee that would pop in and out of place. At my line of work he was able to get a free xray and they said it looked a if he had a torn meniscus, but with hi line of work, he has to be on his feet 8 hours a day in the hot sun going up and down latter’s and stairs in CONSTANT pain. I purchased this product on the 18th of August, and I must say this does work in various way, I was suffering with some form of tendinitis on the right lateral part of my right foot it was super painful and I had severe inflammation, I thought my foot was broken but these are a miracle worker it's true you do have to take alot I did anyway so that the herbs could really get into my system since then the inflammation has tremendously dissipated I'm able to move and touch the areas without the super sensitivity I was having, this also helped with my overall Arthritis I suffer from within my body in general, if you research each individual herb it specifically tells you what each one is responsible for it does more than help with ligaments and tendon healing these regulate your bowels, help with blood pressure, your blood sugar levels, your heart and circulatory system everything also I'd like to add you will feel tingling and warmth in your body taking these and when your drinking alot of water taking these you will urinate more often that is all part of the healing process, I truly hope this review helps someone else best wishes on your recovery journey!!!!

I’m torn between giving it a 4 star or 5 star rating… I didn’t realize you take 6 a day when I ordered it, so in reality, I’m getting 16 days worth- for the price, I wouldn’t have ordered it in the first place.That being said, I definitely noticed an improvement in my plantar fasciitis within about a week of starting it. I was seriously surprised- I wasn’t expecting to. I’m nearing the end of my first bottle, I’ve started 4 a day instead of 6- just to see what happens. I’m ordering a second bottle. After that if the improvement continues and my foot stays improved- I’ll add that 5th star.

This actually takes away the aches and pain !

Unfortunately I felt zero difference in pain from taking these. I tried them for two months. I hope it works for others but sadly it didn’t work for me.

I had a terrible sprain, grade 3 with torn ligaments. I didn't go the doctor because I knew the only thing that would help with healing was time. Since I really believe in natural medicine, I was happy to find this supplement dedicated to healing torn ligaments. I ordered this and the Tendon/Ligament butter which was a powerful combination. Within 2 weeks of taking these herbs, I could feel "tingling" from circulation as healing was happening. I just finished my first bottle (3 caps in the AM and 3 caps in the PM), have started a 2nd bottle and will continue using until it is done to complete the repair. I am happy to say that by week 4 I am walking normally and no pain after using this. Please give it a try if you have any type of ligament or tendon injury.

I was not careful when ordering this product. It was only when I received this product and read the directions, that I realized I had to take 6 capsules a day. It is recommended to take this product for three weeks, one bottle will only last 16 and 1/2 days. Ingesting this much product at once seems ineffective and mostly urinated out. I think this is no good.
