Worth the extra cost
I have purchased Alan Silverwood pans before. This 12" pan lived up to all expectations - it's a robust hardwearing item and cakes cook evenly. The loose bottom makes releasing the cakes really easy. Well worth the money if you are going to use it more than occasionally.

Oh yes. I have lost count of how many of these cake tins we have. This is what we use for our vegan cake business and wouldn't use any other. They are excellent quality and stay looking new after years of use.
