How long can I leave my Dolphin in the pool?

We recommend removing your Dolphin robot after each use to empty and clean the filter. Store it in a dry place. For robots with a weekly timer, it can be left in the water for a week, then clean the filter at the end of the cycle.

Which filter should I use?

Most of our models include fine filters for leaves and coarse debris. Some models offer ultra-fine pleated filters, ideal for fine debris, sand, and algae, providing a complete solution for your pool maintenance.

Will my Dolphin pool cleaner clean stairs?

Our robot can clean stairs if there's enough space. We recommend using a brush to brush the stairs so the dirt falls to the bottom of the pool and your Dolphin robot can easily pick it up

Can I order spare parts for my Dolphin? Can I replace the parts myself?

You can order replacement parts from your authorized Dolphin dealer. You'll need to have your Dolphin robot's serial number ready to identify the parts compatible with your model
