Works well. I would recommend this lid.
This pourable lid is the better option than other lids. The screw-on cap makes it easy to clean and wipe paint from the threads. The lid itself fits the can well and better than others I’ve tried. I believe it’s the best option.

Works well with common sense
Worked well for me. I would defintely make sure I had a good hold of it around the seaing edges. I had no issues using it doing so. Easy to clean. Kept me from really making a mess as I have done in tje past. Helps prevent product waste.

Well they are a plasic cap that arrived on time.
These fit either plastic cans or maybe metal paint cans. I do not have plastic so cannot comment but on my older metal can does not fit too well. Seems to be designed fit inside the rim of the can and not in the groove where the old metal cap fit. It the can is not in pristine shape, be careful pouring from the new top. I suggest you order ONE and then others if it meets your needs.Happy painting.

Makes paint transfer easy
One of those items that makes painting from a giant bucket soooo much easier. Easy to use and great value. Plastic spout is durable and functional. Can be used over and over. Gone are the days of sloppy paint transfers from the big 5 gallon paint buckets.

Great lid
Bought this so i could pour my paint into my spray paint mixing cups while keeping the paint fresh. It worked perfectly. Seals tightly and securely. The water based acrylic paint I was using cleaned right off even a day after it had dried on the lid.

Inexpensive, but still not worth it
It does not properly fit the plugged hole in top of 5 gal bucket of paint. It can be forced into the hole, but it is not secure. There are no threads on it to lock it in place. It could function for one pour but fail for next resulting in very large spill, mess, and lost paint. You can find my pour spout in the bottom of my partially used 5 gal paint bucket.NOTE: It may fit and function on some 5 gal buckets that have a raised threaded lip on the hole, but it fails on bucket tops with only a punched hole (like Cabot stains).

Great product! Instructions for different types of lids would help!
At first I didn't think it would work w the 5 gallon paint lid that I got it for. I removed the clear plug from the lid and it wouldn't fit as is, because there weren't any threads to screw it on to. Then I removed the yellow spout from the black threaded ring and the yellow spout simply pressed into the lid perfectly! Helped pouring from a 5 gallon bucket immensely!! Hope this helps anyone w the same issue.
