Good for cheese
It worked great, it was my first time making cheese and it was very easy to use, I do think that it is maybe a little weak because it took more than it said in my recipe. You get enough in the bottle for probably 10-12 cheeses if you don't waste it. I would recommend using raw milk for your cheese of you can get it. The cheese i made congealed nicely.

Be careful with the weather when you buy it.
It came hot and off course did not work, I think the hot weather it not a good friend for this guy.
