Nutritional Roots is my new favorite brand. I love that they are high quality, 3rd party tested and philanthropic. The y do their research on the ingredients and benefits that matter most and their label illustrates that, specifying which ingredients support which condition and how much is included. The label includes both the common name and the scientific or Latin name for each ingredient. I can't say enough good about this company.

I was very impressed when I read the label.The vitamin portion of it is also used for high blood pressure/heart issues (plus some potassium would work), and not only it can be compressed with other herbal ingredient into a small pill is quite amazing.However, when I opened the pack and tried to pop one, wow, this smell really drove me off. That's one I take one star off the review.Just remember to hold the bottle away, take one pill out, hold the breath, and drink it down.Then life should be good.

‼️ Being in the healthcare field, I am super picky with my products! This however, is one of the few that passes the test!✔️ It is certified organic and has 3rd party reports it will release to the public on heavy metals and microbial content (I’m just waiting for them to email me the results along with the certificate of analysis to confirm the ingredients are what they claim).✔️ Most importantly, the dosage amounts aren’t absurdly and dangerously high like so many other companies. This is how you know it’s a trustworthy brand actually developed by doctors. Vitamins that are water soluble like B12 have higher than 100% DV listed because it’s not harmful and excess will just be urinated out. Ingredients that can accumulate in your body are dosed in lower safer amounts.✔️ Every single ingredient in here is incredibly synergistic and I couldn’t agree more with their formula! I fully support this and recommend this- well enough to take myself and to recommend to my patients.💯 And if it could t get any better- this company even donates some of its profits to a charity on Costa Rica!

These don't smell terrible, but they do have a little bit of an unpleasant aftertaste to me. I like the breakdown of the label and what ingredients are for what. The ingredients also seem to be well sourced, which I can appreciate. Definitely recommend these if you are in the market for something of this nature.

I can tell the company put a lot of care, love and thoughtful research into this formulation. I have been using menopause supplements for 7+ years now and the ingredients I look for are all here in this blend! Especially black cohosh, chaste berry and dong quai. I love that the ingredients are organic, contain probiotics, non-GMO and 3rd party tested. I had no issue with adding this into my regime. It's hard for me to cite a difference because I have already been taking supplements with similar ingredients. For me the biggest difference is in the high quality standards Nutritional Roots has. I'm a fan!

The media could not be loaded.  I liked that the label on the back of this product breaks down specifically which ingredients support which condition and then provided the specific number of mg of that ingredient. I also thought it was nice that the label included both the common name and the scientific or Latin name of each ingredient. Labels this thorough and descriptive are not common and are very helpful to someone who is interested in exactly what herbal supplements and what amounts they are consuming in a blended product like this.

I've been taking this for a few weeks and I feel like it has helped, but it is hard to tell without a more scientific process.The ingredients are things that have been recommended to me so I felt good about taking it. I was glad to see that it has folate, a better choice than folic acid.Overall, I think this is worth a try.

This seems to be helping. I thought I was handling menopause with dignity and grace but leave it to your friends and family to put you in your place. Apparently, I was irritable and cranky. I did have hot flashes as well but I knew that part on my own. I have tried a few different menopause supplements before and I didn’t notice much difference and neither did anyone else. I have found that I do have less hot flashes thru the night. As far as my mood…I’m happy to report I seem less irritable and annoyed with stuff. The price point is kind of higher than others on the market but if it works for me then I will keep using them.
