Ideal for filling an omelette
Slice the cheese into discs about just less than a quarter of an inch thick. Use the discs to half cover the omelette, close and allow to melt.

Good balanced, goat flavoured cheese not the best yet not the worst.
The cheese flavour of goat milk is normally unique if it’s too strong, it becomes too gamey. this cheese is balanced these terms however, if you leave it too long in the fridge, it would change flavour so better use it as quickly within the first two weeks of purchase. also, you can mix it with other soft cheese blind ones like Phillies and that would make it better in sandwiches.
