I bought this bag to hold my iPad EFB, headset holder, iPad knee board hardware plus other small items. The main issue is it will not hold headsets the size of Dave Clark headsets and others of similar size. The pockets will hold some papers or small books but over this back is not practical for a flight bag. Unless you are using a compact headset, I would classify it as more of a computer bag. I ordered the Cross Country bag by the same manufacturer to see if it will fulfill my needs.

I didn’t have the best luck with this bag to begin with as the carry strap and rear pocket zipper seemed to not function properly. However, I did work directly with the vendor as my return policy through Amazon had lapsed. The vendor La Jolla Life, was most helpful in assisting with a refund for this bag. I am willing to give this product another shot as it is both functional and stylish; not only in the pilot setting but also as a daily briefcase.

Good size for my needs as a student pilot - while it bulges a little with headphones in, it looks perfectly normal. I've had compliments on it from other pilots.

I really like the bag but wonder if I want to carry my headset separately since the bag is too thin for it to fit easily. My fault for thinking it was wide enough. I have a few weeks to see if I want to send it back.

This is the perfect case for the Student and Private Pilot. It allows for storage of everything you need to have and then some. I am very pleased with this product.

Looks nice but doesn’t hold everything as well as expected - especially my headset.I’d have don better sticking with my used backpack.
