This stuff works well. It kills a lot of different kinds of insects and, in my case, it keeps on killing until the rain washed it away. I have had good success in getting rid of pesky gnats and also Asian lady beetles.

I have a smaller container of this product (Bifenthrin I/T), which I have used to spray our property in a desert area. I used the last of the old container (purchased in January 2021) earlier this month, which is still as effective in eliminating bugs as it was the day I purchased it. If you are serious about pest control, this product does the job effectively, even after nearly three years in the original bottle.This year we had unusually high numbers of Black Widows, but despite nightly web knock-downs, webs returned by the next day. Between the application of Bifenthrin and the resulting elimination of their food sources, no new webs were constructed the day after application. They haven't returned since. We have not had scorpions or termites, so I can't speak to this product's effectiveness against them...everything else mother nature has thrown at us hasn't survived sprayer application of this product. (Read all instructions and follow them, especially with pets, using proper personal protective equipment, and safe "application-to-resume-using-area" guidance.)As far as shipping, I saw some feedback about some customers receiving leaky/broken containers. My shipment came in a custom-size cut cardboard box, and wrapped in a plastic bag, no leaks found. This order was fulfilled by Amazon; the only process improvement opportunity would be to mark the boxes carrying potentially harmful chemicals, including a "This Side Up" sticker, so hopefully it remains standing up through the delivery process, reducing harm risk to all in the fulfillment, shipping/handling, and customer chain. I gave the seller full five-star ratings, since everything they controlled was handled perfectly.Bottom Line: If you have insects to control, this chemical has been effective on all desert-dwelling pests around our home, and the undiluted liquid in the original container remains potent for a good amount of time.

Add a saponifier, and it sprays an evenly distributed oil-based, cement-clinging, broad-range insecticide. Based on bug husks, it's likely the best killing solution around the foundation I've found.At this point in the hottest days of Summer, the fire ants have spanned the water-based insecticide to take up residence in the bricks and sneak in the house, making me spray every week. I can go three weeks/spray now with nary a sign of wall-climbing wildlife.I rate it very effective and value for money. It's taking significantly less total insecticide than in previous years. It's my new go-to concoction.
