We were looking for an inexpensive Pickleball paddle set to start out with as we are new to the game. It has become very popular so we wanted to see what all the hype was about. We selected these paddles because my wife likes the beachy sunset graphics. It reminds us of memorable beach vacations to Florida! The paddles are solidly constructed. I’ve seen wood only paddles that won’t give you the same feel for the ball. These set of paddles also feature a nice grip that is somewhat soft but not too tacky. This is comparable to some of the grips I have used on my tennis rackets. It was a nice touch to include 4 Pickleballs and a compact carrying case to keep everything together. Lastly, the inclusion of the rules is also helpful to remind us as beginners.
