So I didn’t have to drill out . A person might get a tape measure an measure hole in an existing igloo cooler. The oring fit should close . If need be experiment on piece of board. **Q: My old plug is gone. New one has a white plastic washer and a black rubber gasket…on which side of the cooler wall does each go?** A: On mine they both go on the inside.
