Is there supposed to be plugs for the bowl? I have two empty holes.

Hello Michelle; Thank you for your question. There are two little holes in the underside of the base which is part of the ceramic making process. They are also for drainage. No plugs for them. This fruit cat bowl is dishwasher safe. If you wash by hand, dry on its side allowing the water to run out from the holes and let air dry it. Or just let it drain on a towel for a bit. Is it heavy enough for cats who like to tip bowls? Can it be used as water bowl?

Hello TinaInWonderland； Thank you for your questions. This tilted cat bowl weighs about 2.2 pounds, not real heavy but it has some weight to it, not easy to tip over. Sturdy enough to not be moved when the cat eats. The bowl itself has a diameter of about 5.8” and a depth of about 1.18”, not very deep on one side because of the slant. So it only holds a small amount of water, about 1 cup. Best regards; Hissen
