Received two keys very quickly; good. One key did not work; not so good. I contacted EasyKeys Inc. through Amazon and explained the situation and provided a clear photo of the keys. I soon received an polite answer from EasyKeys acknowledging that one of the keys was miscut and promising to promptly send a replacement; good. A few days later I received a properly functioning replacement; Great! EasyKeys Inc. gets five stars!

I inherited a locked Sentry safe but no one knew the location of the accompanying keys. After searching for months, and trying the different keys I had on hand with no luck, I had almost resorted to calling a locksmith. I happened to notice the key code on the lock. I checked Amazon, and there they were. I was skeptical and sure they wouldn't work, but thought I would give it a try. The keys arrived, and easily opened the safe. Success! Great job Amazon!By the way, I found $103 in cash in the safe. Well worth the key investment!

One of my keys broke off in the safe, and after I got it out, I wanted to replace it. The process was much easier than I anticipated. The replacements arrive easily in the mail and work fine.

Very poor customer service. Not willing to help. Will never purchase again from this company. Very very poor. Women at customer service sounded like she just woke up. Again sad.
