I've been a big fan of Ree for years, when she first appeared on our TV screens and have all her books.This one was a little disappointing for me, a lot of things I wouldn't really want to cook.Her earlier books in my opinion are better.

I like thumbing through cookbooks and after seeing this at my niece's house I went on Amazon and ordered myself a copy. I love the simple and healthy recipes and the stories. The pictures are spot on, and the recipes are ones that you will actually cook and eat. If you enjoy appetizers to comfort food to delicious desserts and love to cook, this book is perfect for you. Price is right and perfect that you have a hard copy book as a reference and recipes you can share.

This book is a good addition to my cookbook collection.It is really attractive with lots of pictures and the quality is terrific.The recipes are easy,quick and use commonly available ingredients.Most are "comfort food" and look delicious.I haven't had the book long enough to make many recipes but there are many I want to try.The book is a very good value in this age of ridiculously expensive cookbooks.If you are looking for a cookbook for practical,everyday meals this is it.

Bought this for a very young bride who doesn't really cook and she LOVED IT!! I have all the Pioneer Woman cookbooks and they are not only beautifully made, but EXCELLENT recipes. These cookbooks are very high quality!
