Sie mahlt Kaffeebohnen schnell und gleichmäßig – der Mahlgrad lässt sich gut über die Mahldauer steuern. Klar, man braucht etwas Gefühl dafür, aber nach ein paar Versuchen hat man den Dreh raus. Was mich besonders überzeugt hat: Sie kommt auch mit Gewürzen, Nüssen und Zucker gut klar. Ich habe z. B. Pfefferkörner, Kardamom und sogar braunen Zucker gemahlen – alles ohne Probleme. Für kleine Mengen Pesto ist sie ebenfalls geeignet, das ist ein echtes Plus. Verarbeitung wirkt hochwertig, der Edelstahlbehälter ist stabil und leicht zu reinigen. Das Gerät ist nicht flüsterleise, aber für die Leistung völlig in Ordnung. Unterm Strich: Eine durchdachte, leistungsstarke Mühle für alle, die mehr wollen als nur Kaffee mahlen.
