It works for a 2005 chevy Silverado drivers side door
Watched a you tube video to see what was all involved. Bought the part and it works!! Tricky part is keeping track of what went where when putting back together. It can be done by you though just takes time and saves you about 300 bucks or more if you took it somewhere to be done

Fits perfect!
After finding out that the dealership wanted a ton of money for a new actuator, I ordered this one and it was a plug and play switch out!! Much more economical and would buy again if the other doors give me issues!

2005 Silverado 1500 2wd 4 door works great on the drivers door. 3 screws and 4 rods with 3 electronic plugs. Part fixed my weak unlock. Also if your door hinges are worn out the new latch will hang up some. this is not this products fault just be aware the door may be hard to open from time to time.

Okay quality
My only complaint is the plastic pieces the rods go onto are not the best. When I installed it, the lock rod popped off which locked me out of truck. Other than that it works okay.

Works so far! Looks made well, easy install.
Perfect fit and works well. Just remember the doors won’t lock if the key is in the ignition.
