This stuff is amazing. When applied, the pain and itch went away immediately. On the second application, the hemorrhoid disappeared. This product gets my highest recommendation.

Very happy with this product! I have used many products over the years and this one cleared up my issue overnight. Its expensive but it works and the combined with the herbal components just makes it better. Will definitely keep this product handy

*Edit - One month later* I will not change my original star rating on this product, but fair warning to anyone using it: DO NOT OVERUSE. I'm serious. It was such a help and relief that I used it more than the package instructed to. It was the only thing that helped. Until it didn’t. Everything was getting better, finally. But then the rash started. And the itching got worse. I continued to use it, not realizing, as it was the only thing that helped, but the rash just got worse. The skin began to harden and the itching and burning was unbearable, worse than what had originally prompted me to use this product in the first place. It was a vicious cycle that I finally broke when I realized that the solution WAS the problem. I had gotten contact dermatitis from overuse and the only way to fix it was to stop using it completely. After a few days without it, the itching, burning rash is finally beginning to calm down. So please be careful. Learn from my rather embarrassing mistake and use only as directed. Okay, the original review is below: --------------------------------- This helps a lot, though I wish the effects of the lidocaine lasted for longer. Still, it's a welcome relief. I will say that it has a bit of a burn when you first apply, moreso than say, Preparation H, but it only lasts a few seconds before relief sets in, and it works better. I would recommend.

Really helped in shrinking and relieving the pain

Amazing and worth the price!! It’s the only cream that worked and literally allowed me to function. The pain instantly went away and the healing process began!

I've tried a lot of hemorrhoid creams and suppositories, and am always on the search for the best product (although I've found some that pretty good). I was attracted to this one because of it's high ratings and the value. I am disappointed the results with this one, as it didn't seem to relieve my itchiness. Some other reviewers seem to complain about the "burning" of other herbal cream remedies. I've used a couple of those products, and the cooling menthol feeling offers me a lot of relief. Having said all this, I was impressed by the responsiveness of the vendor. They voluntarily offered me a full refund and an additional credit to consider giving it a second try. They also made a point of saying I didn't have to update my original review, but I did want to update it anyway because I definitely value customer service. A lot of people have given this a high rating, perhaps I just have a weird butt...
