Comfortable and good quality
The KIWI design Upgraded Facial Interface for Quest 2 has significantly enhanced my virtual reality experience, proving to be a thoughtful and well-crafted accessory. The standout feature is the upgraded design that not only increases comfort but also addresses common concerns with the stock facial interface. The soft and breathable material ensures a pleasant feel against the skin, making extended VR sessions more enjoyable.Installation was a breeze, and the compatibility with Quest 2 is seamless. The improved design provides better weight distribution, reducing pressure on the face, and the enhanced ergonomic contours contribute to a more natural and comfortable fit.The facial interface upgrade not only prioritizes comfort but also hygiene. The removable and washable pads make it easy to maintain a clean and fresh VR experience, particularly crucial during shared use.I noticed a positive impact on visual clarity as well. The interface maintains a secure connection, preventing light leakage and optimizing the immersive nature of VR. The increased field of view adds to the overall sense of presence in virtual environments.Durability is evident in the quality of materials used, and the build is robust without sacrificing flexibility. It’s clear that KIWI design has prioritized both functionality and longevity in the construction of this facial interface. In summary, the KIWI design Upgraded Facial Interface for Quest 2 is a worthwhile investment for anyone seeking an improved and more comfortable VR experience. From enhanced ergonomics to easy maintenance, this upgrade addresses various aspects, ensuring that your time in virtual reality is both enjoyable and hassle-free.

Review for "Kiwi Top-Version" - no Fogging, insignificant light intrusion, but crazy expensive!!
This review is for the "Top-Version".Bottom LineI would recommend this to anyone who wears glasses and money is not a concern, YMMV for those who wear contacts or do not wear glasses because the product has the glasses spacer integrated into the design and the length is not adjustable. The product solves the fogging issue and light bleed is unintrusive in real world usage. It's not as comfortable as other brands, but a mild step better than stock. It's ridiculously expensive (imo @ $40) especially considering it doesn't come with two pads like every other third-party brand at half the cost. I've searched Amazon upside down and this is the only product to provide this level of venting/airflow so really no competition at the moment if other brands aren't completely solving the fogging for you. I'd like to see a Quest 3 version which for some reason fogs more than the Quest 2.Built-In Glasses SpacerI don't wear glasses and I don't wear contacts when playing Quest 2 or Quest 3. On Quest 2 I get the best picture quality when not using the glasses spacer, so this takes me out of my ideal focus length, but it's still very useable just my sharp spot is further reduced. I bought the Quest 2 for my sister who wears glasses full time, so glasses spacer support is required a one of the reasons I choose to try this product.ComfortComfort in terms of pressure on the face is on par with the stock facial interface meaning it does apply more pressure to my cheek bones than I'd like. I found after 3 hours of wear the foam softened up or maybe I got used to it. It's not as comfortable as the other brands I tried with thinner padding. I'm currently using an elite strap style band. In terms of the material against my skin, it feels good, definitely an upgrade over the stock padding material.FoggingFogging is the main reason I set out to find a new facial interface and is completely resolved with this one. The other vented designs from other brands helped to different degrees, but in long sessions (more than 20 minutes continuously without breaking) on Population One I would get minor fogging with those, but the full frame venting on this one solved the problem.Light BleedingLight bleeding is something a lot of reviewers talk about on the product page, but I took them with a grain of salt since Kiwi is using the same product page to sell different versions. The "Top-Version" provides a full frame venting solution to increase airflow so naturally I had concerns that about how much light would shine through. In my experience its insignificant and unintrusive in real world usage. Whether in bright daylight (in my patio) or indoors with full room lighting on, the light bleeding just isn't noticeable unless you look for it because it doesn't project light like a flashlight. What I see is certain spots (varies) around the frame lit not the screen, but since my eyes are focused on the screen it's a non-issue especially with the Quest 2 where the sharpness is only in the center of the image and my eyes are focused there mostly rarely wandering to the edges of the screen. I tested playing Population One, watching a movie in BigScreen, and VRchat sessions. If you actively look for it, you will find it easily when in bright lighting, but in real world usage it's not an issue at all for me.PriceAt $40 it's the most expensive by far and it doesn't even include a second pad like other brands at half the cost. Kiwi, WTF? Despite that I hope they make a Quest 3 version also.
