This is the real thing. They work excellent and fit in the ear correctly. The “replacements” were junk. Not sized right and hard. Not soft like these.

This is the real deal. I ordered what I thought was Oticon product from another vender, but they weren't Oticon, and sizewize the product was in between a 8 and a 10.

Same product as previously purchased from the Dr. Fit perfect.

These were ordered to replace original pads. Fit is ok but the shape is such that its a larger profile than the originals

I found out the hard way that there are hearing aid domes on Amazon that appear to be genuine Oticons, but are just inferior domes in packaging designed to look just like Oticon's. Needless to say, I was not happy to have been tricked by those other ones, but that just makes me even happier to have found that you can get the real thing here. These are exactly what I get from my audiologist, without having to take the long trip to the office to get them.

I haven't bought domes in a while and now Im second guess what size I use. I normally use closed domes in a different brand. These were a little different than my normal ones and were bigger than my current ones by far. They still felt comfortable but were more occlusive than I like. If you use exactly this type of power dome They will probably be perfect for you. I'm just not used to them being a little different. For the record I use Jabra Enhance Pro 10's and thought I would try these. They did fit just not what I'm used to.
