Most research indicates that collagen supplements are effective, not only for hair and skin but also - and more importantly in my case - for joints. I've tried several varieties of collagen supplements, and although the powders are fine, it's very much easier to have them like this, in capsule form (unless, of course, you have a problem with larger tablets). As to effectiveness, I do think that I'm more mobile since I started taking collagen - but I'd be lying if I said that there had been a dramatic improvement.At a dosage of 2 a day, these 90 capsules of marine collagen will last just over 6 weeks, which makes them quite competitively priced.

I have been taking bovine collagen supplements for a few years due to joint problems. I have tried marine collagen in powder form before and it was not a nice experience. The taste was unpleasant and it had a strong fish smell.I’m glad that this marine collagen from Newgate Labs is in capsules. There are 90 capsules in the bottle for a one and half month supply. One capsule has 350 mg collagen. With the vitamin C, vitamin E and hyaluronic acid added to it, this collagen supplement will provide extra benefits for the skin.I have been taking these capsules for around 3 weeks now. The capsules are of standard size and easy to swallow. I have not experienced any abdominal side effects from taking them. In terms of functionality, I continue to feel no pains in my joints which means it’s working as good or even better than my regular bovine collagen.Could be a psychological effect, but I think my skin is looking clearer and smoother too!It is good to know that this product is manufactured in the UK under strict guidelines and the highest standards. It’s suitable for vegans and vegetarians.I don’t have problems with the size of these capsules, however, if anyone has problems swallowing them, I reckon you can just empty the capsule and add the collagen powder into a drink or sprinkle it onto cereal or smoothie.I do believe this is a good quality collagen, and also gives a good value for the money. I defo recommend it.

Unusual combination of supplements, Collagen, Hyaluronic Acid, Vitamins C and E. Definitely worth a try if you don't want to be mixing messy collagen powder and taking a liquid supplement. The tablets are easy to swallow and convenient to take. Was interesting to try them out as collagen and hyaluronic acid is always touted as great for those in the middle years - healthy skin, hair, gums, joints, stomach health - the list is endless. Apart from the collagen the other components are mininal quantities - still the retail price is still competitive. Came well packaged in a resealable bag which would guarantee the product arrives dry. Taking for 3 weeks and all good, I do take other supplements separately and these combine into the routine well. Would consider buying them.

More than happy with this product.Great value for money and easy to swallow tablets with no after taste.I've recently had a sore knee joint and after using these everyday I've found the pain to have eased so I'm putting it down to these tablets.They have a blend of ingredients which are beneficial to health.I'm looking forward to seeing what other benefits they give me in the future.Not tried anything from Newgate labs before but I'm impressed with the product and packaging - feels premium.
