This is a totally real unsolicited review. No discount or free product was provided by Redcon1. I take the recommended 4 capsules per dose 1/2 hour before a carb meal. I may be a hyper responder to this product but it really is amazing. My muscles feel pumped all the time. I am not a Placebo type person. I take a product then don't think about it and just let it work in the background.No hyperbole..it feels like being on a prohormone cycle as it relates to muscle fullness. The directions say take with a meal but I take it 30 min before to give the ingredients a chance to hit my system before the carbs get digested. I cant promise it will work the same for you but there are VERY few products that you can see and feel and for me this is one of them. I do intermittent fasting and only really eat 2 big meals per day and take 4 of these before each meal. GREAT PRODUCT! This is the only REDCON1 product I have taken. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Redcon is iffy...but RPG is the best GDA you'll find *by K***R on November 28, 2017* I've tried a good amount of GDA's and this has the best formula. Yes, there are some other popular ones but this is a mix of the best glucose disposal ingredients packed into one (honestly, that's why there are 4 pills...there's A LOT of stuff in one serving).Berberine has been shown to be just as effective as Metformin...its in this and at a good dose.R-ALA is probably THE most popular single GDA/antioxidant...its in here and at a good dose.LOTS of Gymnema Sylvestre powder, another good GDA.Cinnamon is great.Banaba Leaf and Chromium have been used as GDAs for a long time as well.And as a plus, RPG gives you a good dose of Grains of Paradise as well. This is an extra plus as Grains of Paradise is THE new "non-stim fat burner" on the market. Studies have shown it really burns brown fat so this addition is great in the whole mix of this.Overall, you reallllly won't find a product with all of these OR with the amounts of each. I'm not a fan of Redcon in general, some shady stuff by their owners.
