I ordered a cooler from Amazon . It's only been 2 days and it's already showing signs of distress. No cooling effect is there and now it smells like something is burning from inside . It's extremely hot when we touch it and unsafe for fire hazard .I request @AmazonIndia to sell safe and durable products on their platform when allowing sellers to keep their products here .

I was surprised to see there is no branding on the product or the box. No model name, no manufacturer name, no serial number, nothing. Only a label at the back with some instructions. It also looked used, not brand new. The build/plastic quality is very average. The stickers around the rotary switches were hanging loose with no adhesive, and I had to stick them after finding out the correct position. The product works as a personal cooler but is only effective if placed within a few feet of the person and at medium or high speed, in which case the noise is more than I can tolerate if I am working or studying.
