Things like this are difficult to tell if it helps. I do thing it has helped on somethings, on other injuries not so much. But that's more related to injury than functionality

It works on the face.

Sturdy, easy to use and comes with glasses and egg timer. Using it for back issues (ours and our dog’s) and seems to be helping.

I've noticed that since using this the skin on my face looks smoother and minor wounds heal faster with the boost from the red light therapy. I haven't noticed any improvement to deeper tissues. I've noticed a difference in my mood when I use the light as opposed to when I don't. I get a good bit of sunshine during the summer, but there are days when I don't get outside and I tend to feel cranky and miserable on those days. If I use this for an hour in the morning when I know that I'm not going to get outside for long walks, my mood is improved. I have used a SAD light since moving to Minnesota and this winter, I'm going to swap it out for this red light and see if it works better.

Portable stand snd height adjustment s are good

We have had this product in the past had to pick up a new set due to the bulb giving out on us. But now after a month of owning the new bubl the new stand has completely given out. Cheap stand. Good bulb!

Since my wife started using this light she has been getting all sorts of things done around the house that had been put on the back burner. Placebo or not? I do not know. But can't argue with the results.

I like this red light therapy lamp. It has both red and near-infrared light, which helps with skin problems and sore muscles. The stand is sturdy and adjustable, so you can easily use it on different parts of your body. It's great to use at home for facial care or to ease leg pain. However, I’m a bit concerned about using LED light on my face 4 to 5 times a week. Overall, it's a good product for the price.
