This is an update to my previous review. Some how one supports got jammed which was causing it not to open. I pried it out and it works now. I'll leave it with four stars since I did have an issue with it and I don't know if it's going to continue. also, I will say that the button to open and close. there's a little difficult to push in. But it does work.I received this umbrella January 3rd And it worked great the first few times I opened it when I first received it. A month later when I needed it for the first time it started to open and got stuck. I had to shake it for it to open. The next day I still needed it and it won't open at all. I would exchange it and give it a second chance before leaving a bad review but the return window closed Feb. 3rd. I guess they new it would only last a month. 😂 Other than it not opening after a month it seem really nice. But not useful obviously . I thought this one was going to be good. Too bad.

Good size umbrella

I like how compact it folds down considering how large the umbrella is. The handle is ok, I wish it was a little bigger so I could have a better grip. The arms that fold out are a little sharp, I could definitely see myself getting cut. It folds down easy, which is great. I have taken it out a couple of times now in the rain we have had this season. The umbrella doesn't seem like it would hold up well in the wind, but I haven't had a chance to test it out. One would think the double canopy would help break the wind, but I am not sure about that. I say this due to the size and construction of the arms. I will keep this one in my trunk and seek a better primary.

Great little umbrella with big befits. Works great rain or shine and does not take up much room in the the car. Handy and reliable.

Arrived wet, used, and rusted. I’ll give 2 stars because I wanted a large folding umbrella, but would’ve been nice if it was unused.

It worked perfectly. It opened perfectly and I found it easy to compress the umbrella after using the automatic closing button.On Thursday, August 10, 2023, the next day, we had quite a rain and wind storm here and I had to go outside during it to get our mail (which is delivered well across the way into a cluster box). This gave me a very good chance to test the capabilities of this umbrella.It worked perfectly. It kept me and our mail dry and it handled the wind just fine. Therefore, unlike several other reviewers here, I have absolutely no complaints about the design and construction of this umbrella.Well, I do have one complaint (and this applies to almost every umbrella I own or have ever owned): the sheath should be made slightly larger to make it easy to insert the folded umbrella back into it. When you get an umbrella, the sheath is fitted and it looks great. But when you try to fold the umbrella after using it, you can never fold it "right" and putting the sheath back on is a real pain!Of course, so far I have only used it one time in the rain. Therefore I cannot comment on its longevity. But it seems to me that it is as well-constructed as any umbrella I have ever owned (and I have owned PLENTY of them over the years).I can say that, if it actually does hold up, it will be the very best umbrella I have ever owned. The reason for this is its 62" canopy which will protect me and my wife and the fact that it collapses down to less than 14 inches.I have a couple of other umbrellas which have 62" canopies but when folded, they are very long.I also have a couple of umbrellas which fold down to 12 or 13 inches but their canopies are very small.This one combines the very best of both worlds.I hope that it holds up over the years and that I do not have the experiences of some of the other reviewers.At Amazon's current price, $24.99, I feel that this umbrella is a genuine bargain and I will VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND it to you.Just make sure that you try it several times immediately upon receiving it. If something is wrong, you have 30 days to return it to Amazon.I hope that mine holds up and, if you buy one, I hope that yours does too.Thank you for reading this.Lawrence H. Bulk
