I like Rhee Chun short grain rice because it meets my requirements. In rice, I look check out if the product contains lead and other harmful heavy metallic elements. Also I am absolutely concerned if the product meets level of radiation! Because of that, I try to avoid American (high metallic content) or Japanese (high radiation) rice.I also like the fact that Rhee Chun and other Korean rice taste so good!!

the teriyaki place i liked to go to in seattle had very very good rice so i asked the guy working there what brand they used and a few days later when they ordered more, he screenshots the brand name for me and it was this brand! i also appreciate thats its non-gmo
