How much surface area does the 125ml bottle cover? I need to prep a 12 sq. ft. (bit over 1 sq meter) surface area.

I would guess that one bottle covers about one square foot.

This item has an expiration date and i know first hand that it will not work if it is expired. how do i know the product i order will not be expired?
