Make different!
I think this makes your tempura different. Strange to say I had never used this in Japan. I am a Japanese ,who came to u.k. 15 years ago. My cousin recommended this from Japan. I used first time here. Wow, itโs easier. Just following the measurements instructed. Here it is, Tempura. ..fish, any vegetables...etc. Now I enjoy cooking tempura more than before. Thank you.

Good Tempura flour though a little overpriced
Not as delicate as genuine Japanese tempura though that may just be due to my cooking. Overall ok but will try cheaper alternatives next time.
