Works well.
I bought this tool knowing it is not a professional quality tool in the same league as, let's say, Milwaukee, Bosch or Makita, heck not even in the same league as Ryobi. But being honest, I was pleasantly surprised with this tool.First off, the main reason I chose this tool was because of it's size. It said it was small, it is really small and lightweight. I needed something that could be used overhead for smaller concrete screws (Tapcons) in the 3/16" to 5/16" diameter range which I use to install closets and other fixtures in concrete walls. I also don't need it to be able to bore anything deeper than maybe a 2 1/2" hole. So with that in mind, it will work really well with some quality drill bits like the ones Diablo or Milwaukee make.It includes a battery and a charger. It takes Makita batteries but do keep in mind a little fact, you cannot charge the included battery on a Makita charger but you can charge Makita batteries with the included charger (although I wouldn't recommend it for safety reasons). If you use legitimate Makita batteries with the tool, do so at your own risk since the tool only has 2 battery contact posts and no additional connections for protection.Overall, it is a good purchase if you keep in mind the fact this is not meant to replace or work as hard as a professional model SDS rotary drill.

It works alright, but started leaking oil
The media could not be loaded. Attached video shows the speed of performance with the largest included bit. It does work in drilling through concrete, so if you are using it lightly it may be just fine. But after drilling about 10 holes in a row it started looking oil. This clearly is not a good sign for its overall durability/reliability. My recommendation is don't buy this unless you have just occassionaly small jobs to do with it.

Works well
It worked well, but does lack the power for bigger bits...but for your home use it's pretty amazing for the price, good battery life, lasted for 12 holes 3/8" bit and was still ready for more, no complaints, only flaw was 1 bit came flat, wasn't ground to angle.

Quality Product, but Limited Functionality
Pros: Hammer drill function can easily bore through very dense wood. Drill has a well-balanced weight and allows for good stability once bit is placed. Convenient carrying case with handles allows for out-of-the-way hanging storage of drill, battery, bits, and charger. Charger fully charges battery quickly, and run time per charge is adequate for most light home improvement projects. Bits are sturdy. Love the color. Battery fits securely into both charger and drill and has a firm-press safety release so you don't have to worry about accidentally dropping the battery out during use.Cons: Limited functionality due to non-standard bits. Specialized latch bits prevent me from using any of my universal bit heads (ceramic tile diamond bits, masonry bits, screwdriver bits, allen wrench bits, etc.), so if I wanted to use the drill as a screwdriver or anything other than a 6, 8, or 10 mm wood drill, I'd have to purchase additional bits. Heads of bits aren't smooth, so there was a slight catch when I tried it on particleboard. Battery-only option, so if you have a larger project that will require a longer run time, you would need to purchase an additional battery. Carrying case is made of flimsy polyester-feel fabric (think re-usable shopping bag fabric), so it's doubtful it will hold up given the weight of the drill + components.Overall, this product seems to be overpriced for its limited usefulness, and it seems like it may be a means of making money through up-charging for add-ons since the initial drill cost is so high.
