not just because I was born in Styria and know them from there. They are tastier, they are healthier - they are just outstanding. I am very happy to have a source in the United States. Now imagine not only to taste the seeds. The Styrian's also make a wonderful Pumpkin Seed oil - great on salads. I use a little on top of sauerkraut, you do not believe how tasty this is. The best pumpkin seeds ever!
These are the tastiest, plumpest pumpkin seeds ever! I have purchased these seeds twice. I love the rich green color. I soak them, and then dehydrate them on low to deactivate the enzyme inhibitors. Everyone in the family loves them. Although they are pricey, I'd definitely buy them again.

I really liked these pumpkin seeds. They had a slightly milder taste than the wilderness poets Oregon grown pumpkin seeds. Though they are quite expensive.
