Delicious sauce
Very tasty especially good with asparagus.

It's not even proper mayo, it's salad cream!
It's a rather sour mayo, which usually here in the UK goes as salad cream. And when I say sour, dear me, it makes your toenails curl up!

"Acid Sauce"
This product completely spoilt our Eggs Benny this morning. Far too vinegary and salty, and too much lemon. Only used half a jar, and will be throwing the rest away. I'll make my own in future!

Maille Hollandaise Sauce
It might be fine for other dishes, but for eggs benedict the 'touch of lemon' is rather prominent & made it far too sour for my taste.

Like blending salt and vinegar crisps with margarine.
If you're a fan of mixing ridiculous amounts of salt and vinegar with mayonnaise and dumping it onto otherwise delicious food, this is the one for you. It's as if someone has taken a bag of salt and vinegar crisps and liquidised them. Absolutely awful in every respect. Extremely acidic, extremely salty and overpowers everything it touches. Poor consistency and pale in colour. Also has a high amount of artificial ingredients not found in traditional hollandaise. I'm still tasting it an hour and a half after scraping the majority of it back off the eggs benedict it spoiled this morning.Avoid.
